With over 13 years of experience and more than 10,000 transactions closed, Sarah is a force in the transaction coordination and conveyancing space. She founded her own TC company in 2016 and has since become a trusted resource for agents throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. Launching CB Settlements in partnership with Michaela has been a professional highlight, allowing her to expand her impact while continuing to guide agents and their clients from contract to close.

Partner, Director of Transaction Operations
With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Michaela is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with a passion for creating seamless client experiences. She brings deep expertise in CRM management, transaction coordination, as well as client onboarding, and operational strategy. Her career includes leading roles at Compass and SQS Square Settlements, where she supported regional expansion, implemented customer success frameworks, and also managed thousands of real estate transactions. Clients and colleagues recognize Michaela for her detail-oriented approach, strong communication, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Fiona Curran
Director of Title Operations
Fiona brings over 15 years of experience in the title industry, beginning her career as a file opener and receptionist at a relocation-focused title company—an opportunity sparked by a friend’s referral. As a result of her dedication and attention to detail, she quickly propelled herself through various roles, culminating in her position as a processor and settlement officer, where she played a key role in launching and managing a high-volume office in the Main Line region. Known for her precision and problem-solving skills, Fiona thrives on resolving complex title challenges; consequently, delivering excellent service every time. She finds deep fulfillment in guiding clients through the closing process, especially first-time homebuyers, whose excitement always reminds her why she loves what she does.
